Managing all your responsibilities can seem daunting. LS/BC HA has been listening to your requests and has developed a web portal to lighten your load. It will be easier to use, save you time and give you more information. Our new portal is called Assistance Connect. This new system allows you access to all your Housing Assistance Payments (HAPs) whether you have one unit or many units. If you wish to delegate responsibilities, then this system allows you to create many additional user accounts. In addition, we give you the ability to see your inspections, download important documents, update unit information and reschedule inspections. You only need 2 pieces of information to get started (Our PIN and your SSN or FEIN/TID).
